Some of you may have already seen the "5 steps to setting boundaries" above if you're on my mailing list. I wanted to also include it here because it highlights some of the main ideas we'll be doing a deeper dive into during this course. One of the ideas I suggest in the PDF is to start with small change. As homework, you might decide: when you think about your relationship with boundaries, what's the smallest change you'd like to see happen to help you know that the work you're doing here is meaningful?
